Ancillary Partnerships Account Manager

Shape the Future of Healthcare Partnerships

We're seeking an experienced professional to drive the success of our growing network of ancillary providers.

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our partnership strategy, working with healthcare professionals, building strong provider relationships and delivering better health outcomes to millions of Australians.

  • Manage claims costs through network providers to deliver sustainable value to customers and funds.
  • Develop management strategies, reports, and analytics.
  • Assist in managing benefits through contracted network providers.

This permanent, full-time role can be based in Melbourne or Tasmania. We offer flexible work arrangements, so you'll have the option to work from home when you aren't visiting providers across VIC and TAS or working from our office.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience dealing with ancillary providers and/or contracts is a plus.
  • An elevated level of risk management and analytical skills, with proven forecasting and reporting ability.
  • Experience in stakeholder relationship management strategy and execution.
