Job Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving referral partnerships across the Bupa ecosystem to connect more customers with expanding health services.

- This is a commercially-minded business development opportunity that requires a professional who can coach peers and guide conversations to identify core customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive referral partnerships across the healthcare sector to expand health services offerings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective partnership strategies.
- Balancing independent decision-making with collaboration, and be directly accountable for customer outcomes and long-term partner success.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified or appropriate business qualifications (desired).
- Relationship management experience in the healthcare sector – i.e. health insurance, dental, optical.
- High computer literacy and intermediate experience in Microsoft Office suite.
