Responsibilities

  2. Develop a business plan to create incremental pipeline through partnership vehicles, identifying opportunities with Iron Mountain and partners.">
  3. Maintain exceptional client-partner relationships across various verticals, including financial services, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, and public sector.">
  4. Leverage Iron Mountain's partnership benefits to key stakeholders, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship to build long-term value and sustainable success.">
  5. Direct and influence lead generation activities to generate pipeline, aligning with sales teams on go-to-market plays to ensure alignment on goals.">
  6. Develop and manage joint inside/field sales processes with Iron Mountain and partner sales teams, collaborating to organize joint sales calls.">
  7. Collaborate with Iron Mountain and partner sales organizations in support of sales campaigns, proposals, and closure.">
  8. Drive team mind share through regular communication and relationship cadence, enabling sales teams on go-to-market plays by providing relevant knowledge.">
  9. Provide forecasting and account opportunity visibility into Iron Mountain's Salesforce tracking pipeline action/priorities on a regular basis with stakeholders.">
  10. Work closely with product marketing, presales, and product management teams to develop structured marketing and enablement plans as part of the overall business plans for execution.">

Requirements

">
  • ">
  • 7+ years of technology sales experience, positioning SaaS and digital solutions across large, complex accounts, with a proven record of accomplishment.">
  • Prior/current partner roles and experience is mandatory.">
  • Exceptional proven sales success working directly with customer decision-makers and key stakeholders.">
  • Enthusiastic, inclusive, positive, highly energetic, fun.">
  • Domain expertise in one (or more) of the following sectors: ANZ public sector, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, energy oil and gas.">
  • Experience as a strategic account lead for a large and complex global organization, managing relationships with Fortune 1000-level customers.">
  • Experience working across all levels of a highly matrixed global organization.">
  • Experience working with global and regional SIs and consulting partners.">
  • Strategic mindset and highly consultative approach to partnering with internal and external teams.">
  • Fuency and presentation skills in English, other languages a bonus.">
