Role Overview:This high-visibility role will drive the creation of a thriving partner ecosystem that delivers customer value and expands our services delivery capacity. You will execute jointly with our Partner team in the region to develop and implement a strategic partnering strategy.
Main Responsibilities:- Growth Strategy: Collaborate with partner sales teams to design and implement joint growth strategies, defining target markets, joint offerings, and engagement rules.
- Partner Enablement: Oversee the process for onboardings and ensuring existing partners are continuously enabled on our latest features and best practices.
- Contract Management: Manage commercial relationships, including master services agreements and subcontracting paperwork, to ensure smooth and compliant processes.
- Sales Pipeline Development: Work hand-in-hand with partner sales teams to identify, develop, and close joint opportunities.

Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in partner-facing or alliance management roles within enterprise software or cloud technology companies.
- 5+ years of experience focused specifically on Professional Services sales, either directly or through partners.
- Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships with large Global System Integrators (GSIs) and/or boutique consultancies.
- Proven track record of building and managing sales pipelines and exceeding targets in partner-centric sales models.
- Strong understanding of services contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and commercial aspects of subcontracting and partner agreements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior executives at both organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hands-on experience working with Snowflake Data Cloud platform.
- Deep understanding of data and analytics landscape, including data warehousing, data lakes, AI/ML, and business intelligence.
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in matrixed organizations, collaborating with sales, legal, marketing, and services delivery teams.
