Seeking an experienced professional to drive and manage relationships in our thriving interstate removals business – without the sales pressure.
As a Business Development & Partnerships Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new partner relationships and providing exceptional service to existing partners, ensuring a smooth process from introduction through to ongoing collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner Development: Research, connect with, and establish new partner relationships (real estate, storage facilities, building/property managers, stylists, and more).
- Relationship Management: Provide ongoing support, communication, and problem-solving for existing partners.
- Process Coordination: Work closely with our operations and bookings teams to ensure partner needs are met efficiently.
- Reporting & Tracking: Use Zoho CRM to manage partner interactions and track engagement.
Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or account management. Confidence in building rapport and developing strong, long-term relationships. Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
