We are seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator to support our Facilities Management and Asset Management division for a NSW Government organisation.

Key Highlights:

  • 35 hour week
  • NSW Government organisation
  • Estimated salary up to $120,000 per annum + Super ($525 + Super per day)
  • Based CBD offices - potential for Work From Home 1-2 days per week

About the Role:

As a Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Asset Manager & FM team to deliver efficient, effective and safe maintenance and project services across building and infrastructure assets. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the processing of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS),
  • Processing and managing Purchase Orders, Work Orders & Invoices,
  • Onboarding and compliance of sub contractors & vendors,
  • Providing general administrative assistance to the Asset Manager.

About You:

We are looking for a professional person with strong work ethic and teamwork skills who has demonstrated experience in:

  • Facilities or Maintenance teams and environments,
  • Strong IT skills including CMMS platform utilisation,
  • Contract, procurement and contractor management exposure.
