Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at City Facilities Management.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a growing Australian Facilities Management business. As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out general commercial cleaning duties, operating cleaning machinery, and maintaining all chemicals and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying Out General Cleaning Duties: Ensure that all areas of the store are clean and tidy, including floors, walls, and surfaces.
  • Operating Cleaning Machinery: Use various cleaning equipment to effectively clean different areas of the store.
  • Maintaining Chemicals and Equipment: Regularly check and maintain all chemicals and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
Requirements
  • Great Attitude and Willingness to Learn: We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and willing to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Smart Phone Ownership: You must own a smartphone as it is essential for communication and other tasks.
  • Australian Working Rights: You must have the right to work in Australia.
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, and shift patterns may vary across store locations. However, most shifts typically range from 6:00am to 1:00pm or 6:30am to 11:30am on weekends.
