About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you'll oversee the management of fleet vehicles, schedule regular servicing and repairs, handle insurance claims, and provide support to the Workplace Manager & Sydney Team Leader colleagues. You'll also be responsible for coordinating maintenance of all tenanted areas and equipment, conducting regular tenancy audits to ensure compliance with HSEQ obligations and policies, and ensuring comprehensive client support in all FoH areas.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of fleet vehicles, scheduling regular servicing and repairs, handling insurance claims.
- Provide support and assistance to the Workplace Manager & Sydney Team Leader colleagues and cover in their absence.
- Coordinate both reactive and scheduled maintenance of all tenanted areas and equipment.
- Conduct regular tenancy audits to ensure compliance with HSEQ obligations and policies.
- Ensure comprehensive client support in all FoH areas including catering, AV support, meeting room equipment and set up.
- Management of all office security systems including electronic access systems and alarms where applicable.
- Regular audits of tenancies to ensure safety of all company premises.
We're looking for someone with strong people management skills, intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project, and experience working with a large organisation. A professional presentation, strong communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to negotiate through difficult situations, are also essential. Additionally, a demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and work with attention to detail, strong organisational and time management skills, and a proactive and enthusiastic team player are necessary.
A self-starter who can work independently, adherence to the requirements of WSP systems as set out in the company policies, manuals, procedures and guidelines, and ensuring duties are performed in a professional and timely manner, are also required.
