About the Role

As a Retail Communications Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and profitability targets for your store through effective leadership, training, and coaching of the Communication Team.

You will lead and maintain agreed communications department merchandising standards, ensuring all activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets by providing ongoing training, coaching, support, and feedback to the Communication Team.

About You

We are looking for an experienced retail professional with a broad knowledge of Telco, proven customer service skills, and experience in cash handling. You must be able to work both independently and as part of our consolidated sales team, and have the ability to work under pressure.
