About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Project Leader to plan, coordinate, and prepare project deliverables required to initiate, develop, and execute assigned projects.
  • The successful candidate will supply leadership to complete the project on time and within budget, ensuring proper project focus and allocation of resources to achieve forecasts.
  • They will effectively manage projects to meet performance and project requirements, ensuring a high quality of work and compliance to OHS&E standards.
  • The Project Leader will be responsible for preparing QA documentation, involved in software testing, system commissioning, and building tuning.
  • They will also effectively manage customer/contractor relationships, maintain company standards and KPIs through their work, and identify opportunities for organizational improvement.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Trade Certificate in Electrical/HVAC or an Engineering Qualification with HVAC experience, be able to adapt to digital transformation, and have a strong background in Building Automation Systems.
  • They will have experience in Building Management System/Integrated Building Management System, inclusive of 3rd Party industrial protocols and integrations, and be competent in computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio, BIM, and AutoCAD.
  • The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

About You:

  • You will have a strong background in Building Automation Systems and their overall design intent, controller product design, and alternative solutions.
  • Experience in Building management system/integrated building management system, inclusive of 3rd party industrial protocols and integrations.
  • Effective handling of project reviews and site acceptance tests (SAT) conducting FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).
  • Exceptional time management and communication skills, with the ability to work within a team environment and drive to succeed.
  • Competent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio, BIM, and AutoCAD, with the ability to standardize deliverables and set up a standard library.
