The Community Engagement Specialist will set the vision for our community programs, manage community data, and optimize current programs to grow with our audiences. This role will also involve creating and implementing cross-functional campaigns to engage our community, finding opportunities to surprise and delight our members, and experimenting with new programs for new audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing community data and showing impact through metrics
  • Creating a playbook for community programs and regional localization
  • Optimizing current programs to grow with our audiences
  • Devising new ways to scale community impact, including programs with influencers and affiliates
  • Experimenting with new programs for new audiences, including product managers and developers
  • Creating and implementing cross-functional campaigns to engage our community

We are looking for a candidate who is data-driven yet creative, has a strong ability to collaborate and communicate, and can articulate a brand vision that inspires teams and other leaders at the highest levels of the org.
