About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Workplace Operations Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our Facilities Management Team, you will be responsible for coordinating both reactive and preventive maintenance, while facilitating exciting on-site events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a positive first impression and ensure smooth operations in the workplace.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workplace, including badge management for guests and ensuring facilities are well maintained, clean, and safe.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for various services and supplies, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage office budget and make cost-effective decisions to optimize resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and inspect measures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Uphold exemplary standards of customer service and maintain clear communication with CBRE staff, client stakeholders, and external contractors.
About You
  • You have experience in a corporate office environment.
  • You are approachable, genuine, and skilled in fostering positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You possess intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Outlook skills.
  • You are dedicated to exceptional customer service and have a customer-centric approach to all tasks.
  • You have previous experience in facilities, customer service, hospitality, or a related role.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
