The Role
As a Facilities Operations Coordinator, you'll coordinate both reactive and preventive maintenance while facilitating on-site events. You'll act as the primary liaison for all hard and soft services vendors, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
A typical day may involve:
- Ensuring smooth operations and providing positive first impressions in the workplace.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workplace; badge management for guests, maintaining facilities cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for various services and supplies, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Managing office budgets, making cost-effective decisions to optimize resources.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, inspecting and implementing measures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Upholding exemplary standards of customer service, maintaining clear communication with CBRE staff, client stakeholders, and external contractors.
- Assisting with administration and facilities duties as directed by the Account Manager or Senior Facilities Manager.
About You
We're looking for someone with experience in a corporate office environment, approachable, genuine, and skilled in fostering positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
You'll need to have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Outlook skills. Dedicated to exceptional customer service and having a customer-centric approach to all tasks.
Experience in facilities, customer service, hospitality, or related roles is preferred.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum (depending on experience)
