About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Secretary to provide administrative support to the SA Pharmacy Corporate Office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing confidential secretarial, administrative and reception services to achieve an effective level of operation across SA Pharmacy and the Corporate Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Coordinator, SA Pharmacy and relevant Portfolios;
  • Assist the General Manager, SA Pharmacy and other Directors of Pharmacy on ad-hoc projects supporting strategic and corporate pharmacy service initiatives;
  • Provide reception and switchboard services for the Corporate Office;
  • Maintain accurate records and files, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
