About the Role

As an Administrative Coordinator for Corporate Events, you will play a vital role in supporting the mission of our client, a not-for-profit organisation established in 2015 as part of the Australian Government's Industry Growth Centres Initiative.

Located in the Adelaide CBD office, close to public transport, this full-time position offers an initial 8-month fixed term contract with an opportunity to extend in June 2025. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package of $75,000 and flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home 3-4 days a week after training.

This exciting opportunity is suited to a candidate with previous office administration and event management experience. You will be responsible for facilitating end-to-end event management for corporate events, handling incoming emails and calls on behalf of the director, managing the calendar and appointments for the entire Adelaide team, ordering office supplies, and liaising with vendors and clients.
