We are seeking a skilled Corporate Hospitality Specialist to join our vibrant team at Hub Australia.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will see you take on the challenge of delivering exceptional customer experiences, showcasing your barista artistry, and leading the day-to-day operations of our corporate cafe. You will be the welcoming face of our workspace, creating personalised experiences for members and guests, and ensuring seamless execution of workplace events.
As a Corporate Hospitality Specialist, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic environment, leveraging your problem-solving skills, adaptability, and creativity to address challenges and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Create personalised experiences for members and guests, showcasing your hospitality skills and expertise
- Prepare a variety of beverages and manage the day-to-day operations of our corporate cafe, demonstrating your barista artistry
- Manage day-to-day member and guest questions, enquiries, booking requests, mail etc., providing prompt solutions and assistance
- Play a crucial role in organising and executing workplace events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular inventory checks for food, consumables, and clubhouse supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels and meeting member needs
- Assist with aspects of our workspace's day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, and conducting space checks
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector
- Experience as a barista within a fast-paced environment
- Strongly embodies a customer-centric and hospitality-led mindset, adapting to the needs and preferences of guests to enhance their overall experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and pragmatic approach, always maintaining a positive and solution-focused mindset in addressing challenges
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with members, staff, and external stakeholders
- Proficient multitasking abilities, maintaining focus and productivity in a dynamic environment
- A genuine passion for building relationships, with a strong ability to bring warmth to every interaction and effectively build rapport and foster strong relationships
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday corporate hours, providing a great work-life balance and freedom to pursue personal interests during weekends
