We offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled events professional to join our External Communications Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The Senior Corporate Event Coordinator will be responsible for delivering engaging corporate events, coordinating trade show participation, managing facility visits, and supporting external communications nationwide.

This role requires:

  • Coordinating external events and trade shows, including project management, scheduling, branding, logistics, promotion, merchandise, and stakeholder liaison;
  • Supporting administration activities during facility visits;
  • Managing corporate communications materials, collateral, and merchandise;
  • Coordinating sponsorships and engagements with external organizations.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in events or visits management, preferably in government, defence, or large corporate environments;
  • Able to travel interstate and work out of hours as required;
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail;
  • Able to establish and maintain quality working relationships with stakeholders;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

This position requires occasional interstate travel and some flexibility with working hours. An Australian driver's license is also necessary.

Eligibility Requirements

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
