**Job Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a Senior Sales and Partnerships Manager - Residential Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to generate new business leads and expand our database of channel partners.

**About the Company**

Our client is a reputable Residential Builder & Property Developer with strong relationships throughout the industry. With a high-growth phase underway, they are expanding their team and seeking an experienced BDM to leverage off existing experience and relationships to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will establish and maintain strong long-term relationships, develop weekly contact strategies to channel groups, negotiate and close deals, and manage the CRM. Your goal will be to achieve set sales targets while staying up-to-date with current market conditions and trends.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a similar BDM/Relationship Manager/Channel Sales Manager role with existing channels essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of House & Land and Medium Density markets and current market conditions.
  • Strong relationship management skills, effective communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently.

**Benefits and Salary**
