Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary package of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as salary packaging, birthday leave, flexible working arrangements, free on-site parking and an onsite café for our employees.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage corporate partnerships and trusts & foundations, as well as bespoke requests and business development. The successful candidate will cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with partners to support the organisation's goals, driving initiatives to secure new partners and expand existing relationships.

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing personalised engagement and recognition
  • Contribute to the creation, implementation and review of the Private Funding business plan
  • Drive business development initiatives to secure new partners and expand existing relationships
  • Handle bespoke partnership requests, ensuring tailored solutions that meet the needs of partners.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on partnership activities, outcomes, and future opportunities.
  • Develop strategic relationships, networks, and partnerships with individual donors and other emerging markets.
  • Develop strong links with other teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for the Philanthropy segment
  • Lead and support a team of partnership relationship managers to achieve strategic objectives
  • Achieve financial and non-financial targets on time and within budget, in accordance with established KPIs
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new partnerships
  • Utilise data analytics to track and report on donor engagement and fundraising performance
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with extensive fundraising experience. You are results-driven and enjoy a fast-paced dynamic environment.

  • Experience in major donor portfolio management &/or corporate sales/relationship management disciplines
  • Management of sales / fundraising / account management teams
  • Experience in developing and implementing moves management approaches
  • Experience in liaising with senior management and decision makers
  • Ability to create and implement long-term fundraising strategies
  • Stewardship and relationship building knowledge
  • Knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
  • Degree and/or equivalent experience in a related discipline
