Customer Service Manager

This hybrid position is ideal for someone with technical HVAC experience looking to take their career to the next level. As a Service Supervisor with Temperzone, you'll lead and mentor a team of dedicated technicians and warranty agents, ensuring outstanding service delivery while maintaining our company's reputation. Your technical expertise will be essential in performing specialised warranty services on our products, coordinating service calls, and prioritising tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical guidance to team members and ensuring the highest quality workmanship for all service and repair jobs.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Coordinating service calls, assigning technicians, and prioritising tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance technical knowledge and leadership skills.
- Leading and mentoring technicians and apprentices to develop their skills and expertise.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Trade Certificate and in-depth technical knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration disciplines.
- Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Supervisors Licence (if applicable in your region).
