About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our walk-in customers, managing enquiries via phone and email, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers in branch, phone, and email to manage quotes and queries
  • Follow-up on quotations and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met, including product specifications, special packaging, and delivery timetables
  • Support with general administrative tasks, including daily banking, purchasing, and receipting
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and consistently improve the total value proposition

Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office and ability to pick up new IT systems quickly
