Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Officer. As a key contact for sales and service enquiries, you will be responsible for managing quotes and queries, following up on quotations and inquiries, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with customers in branch, phone, and email to manage sales and service enquiries
- Follow up on quotations and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met
- Support with general administrative tasks, including daily banking, purchasing, and receipting
- Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and total value proposition
We are looking for someone with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. You will have a strong customer focus, with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office and the ability to pick up new IT systems quickly are also essential.
