The Opportunity

We're seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Dandenong. As a key contact for sales and service enquiries, you'll interact with customers in branch, phone, and email, managing quotes and queries, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales and service enquiries via phone, email, and in-branch
  • Follow-up on quotations and inquiries to convert into sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Support with general admin tasks, including daily banking, purchasing, and receipting
  • Continuously improve the customer experience and total value proposition
Requirements
  • Strong customer focus and passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office and ability to pick up new IT systems quickly
  • Proactive approach to building constructive and effective relationships
  • High attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
