About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Oaks Brisbane Lexicon Suites on a full-time basis. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting colleagues in providing exceptional guest experiences.

Your primary objectives will include:

  • Acting as a role model, sharing expertise, and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ensuring daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Conducting guest arrivals and departures.
  • Resolving and responding to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in office supervisory roles or similar customer-facing positions.
  • Extensive experience working within a hotel or resort environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Professional presentation and a strong work ethic.
  • Availability to work weekends if required.
Compensation and Benefits

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary range of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
