Oaks Hotels is seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead our team and provide exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role:As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the front office team to deliver a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. You will act as a role model for service excellence, sharing your knowledge and motivating the team to provide memorable experiences.
- Lead daily front office operations to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage guest arrivals and departures with a focus on smooth and positive experiences.
- Address and resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
You will thrive in a dynamic team environment where delivering outstanding service is paramount. With a passion for hospitality and excellent time management skills, you will prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:- Proven supervisory experience in a hotel or resort front office environment.
- Strong background in hospitality with extensive experience in hotel or resort operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills accompanied by a consistently positive attitude.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Professional presentation and demeanor.
- Flexibility and availability to work weekends when required.
