Looking for a challenging role that allows you to use your customer service skills and experience? Oaks Hotels has an exciting opportunity available for a Front Office Supervisor. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop their leadership skills.

About the Role

This 18-month contract offers a unique chance to work with our team and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the team in providing outstanding welcoming and experiences.

  • Act as a role model, sharing your expertise and continually inspiring the team.
  • Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct guest arrivals and departures.
  • Resolve and respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous office supervisory experience.
  • Extensive experience working within a Hotel/Resort environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Professional presentation essential.
  • Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and morning/night shifts if required.
