About the role

As a Team Leader at The Pav Bar, you will drive exceptional service in a vibrant environment. You will be responsible for providing 5 Star customer service to our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • A proactive hands-on approach to drive and motivate a successful team
  • Ensure all staff are performing at their full potential, maximum productivity and are consistent across all areas of service
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • A high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role preferably in a Hotel Environment
  • Must have an RSA Certificate
  • Must hold valid working rights in Australia
  • The flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays across a 7-day rotating roster
  • Must have a current Queensland RSA
  • Must have Food Safety Handling Certificate (from either unit SITXFSA005 or SITXFSA006)
  • Must have legal rights to work in Australia
  • Possession of a current RMLV certification - highly regarded, but not essential
  • Experience with Micros POS highly desirable
  • Must be a positive, can-do, team player
