Business Development Representative Opportunity

National Corporate Housing is a global leader in providing temporary housing program management for business travel and corporate relocations. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our services to new and existing clients.

Our Sydney property team is seeking a sales professional to join their market team and work closely with a global team to market our local housing products to decision makers within businesses that fit our ideal client profile. The selected candidate will have a professional image, strong communication, business development, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Work with a local market team and report to the Regional Director to strategically focus sales efforts on generating year-round profitable business opportunities.
  2. Generate revenue through new business opportunities using a consultative selling approach.
  3. Work in concert with clients to understand their strategic initiatives and create maximum economic impact for their organization.
  4. Grow existing client revenue by presenting all product and service lines to different segments within each organization.
  5. Manage and implement referral and strategic property management programs with targeted local properties and property management companies.
  6. Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles and client portfolios effectively.
  7. Maintain all sales activity and sales cycle progress in CRM.
  8. Use analytical skills, industry trends, and client analysis to forecast revenue growth.
  9. Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships at multiple levels.
Requirements:
  1. Prefer candidate with 3-5 years professional sales experience.
  2. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. MUST be a hunter, business development.
  5. Must be able to offer and implement creative solutions in the selling process.
  6. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts and responsibilities.
  7. Ownership and drive to achieve results.
  8. Sets clear, realistic, and time-bound objectives that align to business growth.
  9. Travel may be required; reliable transportation.
  10. Hospitality industry preferred but not required.
