About the Role

The Sales Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This position requires a strong understanding of the healthcare and diagnostics industry, as well as excellent sales and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically plan and manage assigned territory to promote and increase knowledge and usage of healthcare and diagnostics products.
  • Implement territory management plan and follow up on quotes to ensure timely and effective sales processes.
  • Manage, develop, and grow existing and new client accounts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the development of innovative approaches to attract target clients and expand our customer base.
  • Ensure openness and effectiveness of communication across disciplines and teams to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Attend exhibitions and conferences as required to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Input accurate, timely information into the CRM system to ensure data integrity and sales performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to clients and achieve sales targets.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, deliveries, and backorders in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Experience in healthcare & diagnostics or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage a customer portfolio & a track record of generating new business.
  • Skills in balancing remote work with in-person visits to customers in the field.
  • A valid Australian driver's licence with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A background in medical science is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt and develop fresh, innovative approaches to attract target clients.
