Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled NSW State Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with new and key accounts across the state. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and key accounts within the state.
- Serve as the primary contact for all account-related matters, including sales, support, and issue resolution.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the chemicals industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large accounts and driving sales growth.
- Strong understanding of chemical products, market dynamics, and industry regulations.
