About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Advertising. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering against complex advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue and exceed revenue targets.

You will nurture customer relationships and create revenue opportunities from the advertisers you own. You'll dive deep into data to understand trends, communicate the 'why' behind results, and make actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become an expert on Amazon solutions and understand our advertisers' needs to consult them with insights and recommendations to achieve greater results on Amazon
  • Develop winning brand and media strategies for growth, leveraging your mastery of media and communications
  • Exhibit deep analytical ability and link local market performance and insights to optimize advertiser performance that fulfills advertiser goals
  • Monitor performance of DSP & SpAds accounts across verticals and drive one-to-many activities to improve performance
  • Leverage Amazon's data and your understanding of our advertising customers' business to provide guidance to C-suite marketing leaders via business reviews and frequent in-person client sessions
Requirements
  • 5+ years relevant experience in a client-facing role, including sales, digital marketing, media agency, etc.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and significantly contributing to revenue growth
  • Media planning & brand planning capabilities
  • Success in optimizing products and services based on client needs
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PPT
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally
