Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on professional to join our team at our hearing clinic in Goondiwindi, QLD.

You will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health in this diverse client-facing role.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients
  • Provide administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
  • Billing clients correctly and taking payments
  • Learn and competently use a range of software and applications
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
  • A passion for delivering an excellent client experience
  • Great communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and energy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
  • Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
