Job Description

This role will provide strategic HR support and guidance to the firm's leadership and employees, directly contributing to the success and growth of our business. The successful candidate will lead essential HR processes, including overseeing the annual promotion and remuneration cycle, driving talent initiatives, and supporting the ongoing implementation of our career and reward framework.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and support to stakeholders to build high-performing teams through talent management and development initiatives.
  • Act as the primary contact for key stakeholders on employee relations matters.
  • Collaborate with teams to align people strategies with group goals, including talent, performance, and remuneration reviews.
  • Identify improvements to HR policies and practices, ensuring effective communication and implementation.
  • Partner with firm leadership to deliver HR initiatives that support business objectives and foster a positive work culture.
  • Collaborate with HR centres of excellence to maintain a consistent employee experience.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have proven experience in delivering strategic HR initiatives in a fast-paced, professional environment. They will also possess strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence at all levels.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development. Our firm values diversity and inclusion, and we encourage applications from individuals of diverse backgrounds.

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time permanent contract position based in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively with the HR team and other stakeholders to deliver HR initiatives and support business objectives.
