About the Role

We're seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the implementation of people and culture strategies and initiatives that align with our business strategy. You will also develop, maintain, and role model a culture that supports open and respectful communication, trust, clear expectations, respect, and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience in a corporate environment and be degree qualified. They will also have excellent communication skills, especially in person, and be motivated to stay up to date with the latest legal requirements and industry trends.

Responsibilities will include executing the implementation of people and culture strategies and initiatives that align with our business strategy, developing, maintaining, and role modeling a culture that supports open and respectful communication, trust, clear expectations, respect, and accountability, guiding the leadership team in taking a supportive and consultative approach to leadership and to build psychological safety in the workplace, leading initiatives to develop an empowering workplace through effective performance management and feedback, coaching, and support, managing employee performance and salary review process, and additional projects and responsibilities may be designated by the Director.

As a Strategic HR Partner, you will be an active participant in industry-related conferences and educational opportunities and grow industry networks on a professional level. You will also assist with full-cycle recruiting as required and act as the main contact for People & HR-related matters.
