Strategic People & Culture Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and strategic advisor to support the delivery of high performance outcomes for business leaders.

About The Role
  • This position will provide proactive and strategic P&C advice to deliver business results, supporting key initiatives.
  • The role will work within our Defence and Social Infrastructure sector, delivering project management, engineering, operations, maintenance, and soft services nationally.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop people plans that enable delivery of business strategic goals.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, senior leaders, and ensure people objectives and outcomes are achieved.
  • Support ER issues resolution, ensuring timely, accurate, and legally compliant advice.
  • Talent and Organisational Design strategy to optimize organizational structures.
  • Change management, leading the design management and implementation of successful change initiatives.
  • Industrial relations assistance for negotiations, delivering strategic and commercially viable outcomes.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to provide advice and support aligning budgets, headcounts, and remuneration guidance.
  • Workforce planning contributions to optimize efficiencies.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role as a P&C Business Partner within a complex business environment.
  • Previous OD experience, providing solutions to operational challenges.
  • Knowledge and application of change and talent management principles.
  • Understanding of relevant ER/IR legislation and Unionized environments.
