Guest Experience Representative

Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences
As a Guest Experience Host at Wyndham Destinations, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our guests and owners. Your passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences will make a lasting impression on our guests, ensuring they have a memorable vacation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and register guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Offer expert knowledge on local area attractions and activities
- Complete all department-related paperwork and tasks efficiently
- Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers
- Meet with guests to generate sales appointments for our sales centers at our resorts and via livestream
- Establish commonality and build rapport with guests to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
- Collaborate with the resort operations team to provide seamless check-in processes and exceptional service
- Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within the Wyndham Destinations community
- Meet targets and KPIs set by the business
- This role requires flexibility, including weekend and public holiday shifts
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar hotel position
- Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
- Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
- High levels of computer literacy
- Previous experience with a PMS system advantageous
- Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
