Guest Experience Liaison

About the Role
We are seeking a Guest Experience Officer to support a seamless front of house experience at our Holiday Park. This role will involve ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests, promoting our park as the ideal holiday destination, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to our park, explaining the facilities and amenities available
- Actively promote our park as a unique holiday destination
- Direct guest check-in and check-out, and attend to general receptionist duties
- Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to resolve guest issues
About You
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry
- Computer literacy using Microsoft Suite and booking software
- Passion for the tourism industry with strong sales ability
- Team player with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
