Sales Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Draeger Australia Pty Ltd.
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a key role in providing effective and timely support to the sales team, handling customer master data, and collaborating with system administrators to ensure system integrity is maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of data within all systems;
- Audit and cleanse data to prevent duplication and maintain data quality;
- Provide front-line support for sales system related issues as a Lead Key-User;
- Collaborate with global and local IT teams to resolve technical problems;
- Manage user roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure data security and appropriate access levels;
- Onboard new users and deactivate old users;
- End-to-end set of accounts for new customers;
- Liaise with the sales team to update and validate customer information, manage account changes, and ensure the integrity of the data throughout the customer lifecycle;
- Engage the credit team to resolve invoice related issues;
- Apply a compliance-focused mindset across all operations;
- Ensure a safety-first approach.
- 2+ years' experience in a similar customer service role, preferably supporting sales activities;
- Strong customer focus and ability to determine customer needs and ways to satisfy them;
- Well-versed with corporate standards in relation to customer service;
- Proven capability to handle multiple systems and prioritize work to meet tight deadlines during peak periods;
- Moderate-to-high level of proficiency with CRM, SAP, and MS Office;
- Exposure to SP4 (preferred);
- Ability to understand technical language;
- Proactive, resourceful, and self-starting approach;
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;
- Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Exemplary understanding of compliance rules, with a proactive mindset and the ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards;
- Excellent attention to details and analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication, organizational, task management skills.
