Your role as a Customer Service Representative will involve providing sales support to our clients and:

  • Creating & issuing users & requisitioners with quotes.
  • Converting quotes to orders as required.
  • Sourcing IT products, mostly from existing/approved distributors.
  • ETA reporting, relaying ETA information data back to end users or requisitioners as required.

What you'll bring?

  • Previous experience working in the IT channel, distributor experience will be highly regarded.
  • Love working in a timely manner and your keen eye for detail is first class.
  • Experience working with Pronto ERP, ServiceNow and Microsoft O365 is desirable.
  • Passionate to learn new technology and develop your skills.
  • Your energy, enthusiasm and great sense of humour will be a great bonus.
