The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Leader to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing successful product-to-market strategies within our Pre-engineered Special Hazards portfolio. They will also be responsible for executing all business development activities across a nominated region, including direct sales, consultant engagement, end-user engagement, and providing input towards marketing and product development.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales and Business Development Leader will be responsible for delivering products and solutions to meet customers' needs against defined revenue and growth targets. They will also identify new business opportunities with strategic end-customers in specific vertical markets such as data centers, mining, automotive, industrial, commercial, and hospitality. The successful candidate will be able to provide an excellent experience to internal clients and our clients in the field.
Requirements
To be successful in this opportunity, you must have a minimum of 5 years of sales and/or BDM experience in selling investment goods. You must also have a strong network into the market, familiarity with business planning and budgeting, project management, and other relevant business processes. Additionally, you must have a demonstrated track record of sales/BDM success and a proven track record of 100% accountability. You must also have working experience in a global matrix organization with an integrated business model and experience using Salesforce. A diploma in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a similar field is also required.
Estimated Salary Range
The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. This salary range is based on the title, job description, and location of the role.
