About The Role


The Rebates Administrator/Coordinator will be responsible for managing rebate agreements across Australia and New Zealand. This includes developing a process to ensure rebates are maintained accurately and paid promptly to customers. The role will also involve working closely with stakeholders to resolve queries and issues related to rebates.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement a process to manage rebate agreements
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of rebates to customers
  • Provide advice on rebate agreements and resolve queries and issues
  • Evolve the rebates process to ensure effective and efficient operation
  • Approve updates to customer master records in SAP
  • Ensure timely closure of rebate agreements
  • Support Sales & Marketing to ensure proposed rebate agreements can be implemented in SAP
  • Prepare and communicate relevant sales and rebates reporting


About You


We're looking for a candidate with a proven background in credit or finance and the following skills:



  • Time management skills with the ability to work at a fast pace
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP highly desirable
  • Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel) required
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Resilience and ability to thrive in an environment of change
