Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively engage with at-risk accounts.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Experience working with HR technology or selling into HR departments is desirable.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional communication abilities.
