As a key player in our enterprise sales team, you will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities. Your primary objective will be to maintain and deepen these relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth.

To achieve this, you will develop and execute strategic plans to drive account growth, manage a high-value customer portfolio, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver account portfolio revenue growth. Key outcomes include increased account retention rates, enhanced customer satisfaction, and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

">Responsibilities:
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at existing enterprise accounts.
  • Regularly meet with key customers to understand their needs and opportunities.
  • Act as the overall account owner for escalation and issue resolution for our largest and most valuable key accounts.
  • Lead and manage contract renewals and negotiations for key customers.
  • Create and document comprehensive account plans outlining strategies and tactics for retaining and growing individual enterprise accounts.
Requirements">

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success roles, preferably in a B2B or e-commerce environment.
  • A proven track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts.
  • Extensive experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise-level accounts.
  • Experience in handling contract renewals and negotiations.
  • Experience in analysing market trends and customer feedback to inform strategy.
