
Enterprise Client Relationship Specialist

The primary function of this role is to provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions. As the main point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, you will build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
\- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients.\
- Proactively identify and address client needs, guaranteeing they derive maximum benefit from our offerings.\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure a seamless client experience.\
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to track progress, share best practices, and identify new opportunities.\
- Monitor client health metrics and proactively engage with at-risk accounts to enhance retention and satisfaction.\
- Identify possibilities for account expansion and additional services.
Key Qualifications:
\- 3-5 years of proven experience in customer success or account management roles, preferably within SaaS environments.\
- Experience working with HR technology or selling into HR departments is highly desirable.\
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments.\
- Resilient and collaborative team players.\
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.\
- Exposure to enterprise-level client management dynamics.
