
Strategic Enterprise Relationship Manager

As a member of our Enterprise Sales team, you will build relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate complex contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
The primary goal is to manage large enterprise customers, understanding their needs and developing customized solutions while meeting revenue targets.
This role involves:
- Developing and implementing named Account plans to maximize expansion opportunities
- Executing strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals
- Identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with key decision makers, and delivering sales presentations
- Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Providing accurate forecasting and account planning and sales forecasts to management
A successful candidate will have:
- 8+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Software Sales Experience
- Experience engaging and building C-level and executive relationships
- Experience creating alignment and orchestrating internal account teams
- Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic sales opportunities
