
Dynamic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a business growth driver to enhance our services and support the NDIS journey of participants. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, building community connections, and supporting individuals with intellectual, physical, and sensory disabilities.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in support coordination, case management, or disability services, as well as demonstrated success in business development, community engagement, or sales.
- Build partnerships with healthcare professionals, local authorities, and community organizations to drive business growth.
- Identify and convert referral opportunities into new participant engagements.
- Represent us at community events, expos, and networking functions.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to grow participant numbers.
This role requires strong knowledge of NDIS processes, funding categories, and compliance requirements. The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including participants, families, and other professionals, is crucial.
