Job Summary

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for owning and managing the end-to-end customer relationship.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for strategic engagement and long-term value realization.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with customer business objectives.
  • Drive pipeline generation through customer engagement, relationship development, and identifying opportunities using digital signals and insights.

This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to drive technical and business alignment with cross-functional virtual teams.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of customer business needs and will be able to leverage industry knowledge and thought leadership to represent Microsoft with credibility and influence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with the Account Technology Strategist (ATS) and broader account team to drive technical and business alignment.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level business decision-makers (BDMs), becoming a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing strategy and contract discussions.

You will also orchestrate cross-functional virtual teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive customer success.
