
Business Growth Manager

Sales Account Managers play a pivotal role in driving business expansion across multiple channels. This position requires effective management of existing dealers, identification of new business opportunities, and strategic growth of authorised dealer networks.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organisational, and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, is also essential for success in this role.
This challenging opportunity offers a unique chance to grow sales through new business development, supporting and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and participating in trade shows and conferences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement national sales, water treatment, and marketing plans to drive business growth.
- Proactively identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain existing dealers while developing new business across multiple channels.
- Strategically grow existing authorised dealer and builder networks.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B account management.
- Demonstrated ability to grow sales through new business.
- Effective communication, presentation, organisational, and time management skills.
- CRM experience, preferably using Salesforce.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
