We are seeking a visionary leader to drive business growth and lead our organisation in the thriving automotive industry.

As a key strategic position, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business plans, leading a diverse team, and implementing effective operational strategies to optimise performance and achieve maximum efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive organisational growth and meet long-term objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure fiscal health and sustainability.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or service.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Analyse market trends and customer preferences to drive product development and enhance competitive positioning.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS AND INDUSTRY PARTNERS.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, supply chain, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
  • Optimise processes to streamline work flow and increase productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • RECRUIT, TRAIN, AND RETAIN A HIGH-PERFORMING WORKFORCE, PROMOTING ACCOUNTABILITY AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide guidance to foster professional development.
  • Prioritise customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service standards are met and maintained.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred, or MBA.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of automotive parts, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and profitability.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, NEGOTIATION, AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
  • Strategic thinker with outstanding problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
