Job Description

This exciting opportunity as a Senior Business Development Manager involves managing a dedicated portfolio of accounts, focusing on developing new business opportunities, and ensuring profitable growth of revenue, margin, and market share for our Orrcon Steel business.

You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Building strong partnering relationships with our customers is essential to driving growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage and optimize existing account customers
  • Develop business 'partnerships' between Orrcon Steel and its customers, striving to achieve win-win outcomes
  • Work closely with the sales team to grow revenue, margin, and market share
  • Identify new customers through building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders
